Corporate Groupism kya  hai

The corporate world..

I remember in my child hood days, we had a group and that group had a leader.. our leader Shyam bhai.. We had to be in his good books .. then only we get a chance to bat or bowl .. i remember shyam bhai made me starve in field and never gave me a chance ... you know why.. because i was friendly with Ravi.. or i was laughing with Mohan ( whom shyam hates ) .. 

Ek din shyam bhai says .. bahut dostana lag tha hai..? lage raho useke saath.. mein tujhe meri team mein shyamil nahin karoon ga..

and then i realised .. for me to get a chance i had to avoid RAVI .. nahin tho shyam bhai ko gussa aajayega..

Aur haan .. if you get some sweets for him you will be in his good books for atleast a week..

Ye chote chote.. politics .. apna apna team banalena.. ye sab bachpan mein hi chood aye ..

We did not learn this in Management School on how to create your Yes Man.. If at all i had remembered how shyam bhai ensured his importance then I too would have been successful in corporate world. Hum to naadein they . just thought sincerety and work will only lead to success .

but games people play nahin seekha.. sab kuch seekha humne ..na seeki hoshiyari ( this song is still fresh for every body like me )

Traffic Signals

Red means stop, there are times with you have to put RED in your life progress. The stop will make you think, relook, and take the right turn.

Orange means be ready to take decisions, go slow as things may not be the same , look around .

Green means go... and ofcourse with speed limit in mind

But we see people keep going on Green track, which will make you loose your control, get angry , EGO, sycophants will make use of you, your leadership will slip in these circumstances .
